Baby Steamed Potatoes topped with Caviar and Savoury Fromage Blanc![]()

MethodBegin by peeling the baby potatoes and proceed to steam them for about 25 minutes. Peel and hollow them slightly with a melon baller or small spoon in order to dig out a limited portion from each potato while leaving a shallow hole that will be filled later. Mash the extracted remains of the potatoes with a fork and mix them with the fromage blanc and a pinch of salt. Put the mixture inside them and top with a spoon of fromage blanc and plenty of caviar. |
